At registration you must provide your legal full name, an active mobile number, a valid email, and an accurate delivery address. Using false/fictitious/others' information (identity theft) results in permanent account block and order cancellation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, and for all transactions/orders under your account. If hacked, notify our helpline immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to contract/order independently. Minors must use the site under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Product details and images are presented as accurately as possible; slight color variation may occur due to display/lighting. Specifications are sourced directly from the manufacturer.

All prices are in BDT. Prices may change without prior notice due to global markets, dollar rate, VAT/tax, or supply-chain changes. If the price changes after ordering but before confirmation, the new price applies; the customer may cancel the order.

As we run online and offline together, stock updates may lag slightly. "In Stock" does not guarantee availability; if out of stock, we promptly inform you and offer an alternative or cancellation.

After checkout, the order is initially "Pending"/"Processing". An auto-generated invoice/email is not a final sale contract.

Our sales team verifies the order by phone. If the number is off or unreachable after 3 attempts, the order is auto-cancelled.

The company may cancel any order for technical/typo errors in price or description, product unavailability, suspicious/fraudulent transactions, or addresses outside courier coverage/remote areas.

Cash on Delivery; MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket); debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and internet banking are supported.

Payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant. Keeping your card PIN, OTP, or password confidential is your responsibility. The company is not liable for money lost due to third-party gateway faults or customer negligence, but will fully cooperate with banking investigations.

All site content—text, logo, brand name, graphics, design, images, digital downloads, and custom software architecture—is the property of Nanosoft System or licensed to it, and is protected by the copyright and trademark laws of Bangladesh. Commercial or personal use of any element without written permission is strictly prohibited.

For temporary downtime due to maintenance, cyber-attacks, hosting issues, or internet problems, the company will work to resolve it promptly, but no financial compensation may be claimed for such downtime.

Delivery delays/disruptions due to war, pandemic, strikes, lockdown, government restrictions, natural disasters, or internal courier issues are considered beyond our control.

Nanosoft System may change/amend any clause of these terms at any time without prior notice; changes are effective immediately upon being uploaded to the site.

These terms are governed by the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute is settled by mutual agreement or through the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
