Installation Precautions

When installing the iron plate, do not lock it so that it can swing slightly to facilitate the natural combination of the lock body.

Internal installation of the door (ZL-type bracket installation method) : to solve the problem of exterior magnetic lock .

In the open door to do the surface installation need to have auxiliary accessories to assist in the installation, we use rich decorative high-quality imported aluminum to make this installation accessories: Z & L bracket. Each set of Z & L supports consists of three pieces of aluminum, one of which is the longer piece of L1 is the use of the main lock; the other two shorter Z2, Z3 with the following iron plate. Z3 is installed on the door, there are five countersink on the edge, is used for fixed on the door; Z3 is used for fixed sub-iron plate, the edge of the three holes, the center hole should be with the center plate The installation method is described below.

A. Place the L1 bracket in the Z & L stand in the locked position and secure it with the M5 * 25 self-tapping screw on the door frame or wall.

B. Use a hex wrench to lock the lock body on the L1 stand.

C. Fix the Z2 bracket to the door corresponding to the position of the L1 bracket.

D. Insert the iron plate into the three holes of Z1, and then close the door so that the magnet and the iron plate are in close agreement with each other to determine the connection position of Z1 and Z2. (Z1 and Z2 relative position according to the thickness of the door can be adjusted).

E. Lock the Z1 and Z2, and then fix the subplate with M8 * 25 hexagon socket screw on Z1 (insert the screw, iron plate, washer and rubber gasket in turn).

F. If it is a double door, you can use two Z & L stands

Other Precautions:

Please read the installation instructions carefully before installing, and please pay attention to the following:

Do not drill on the iron plate or lock body; do not replace the iron plate fixing screws; do not use the irritating cleaning agent to wipe the electromagnetic lock; do not change the circuit.

Maintenance:

Magnetic door lock maintenance and other locks compared to relatively simple, as long as the following to keep the iron plate and the main body can be no impurities, so please regularly use non-corrosive cleaning agent to wipe the surface.Â
